Neon Beanie under $8

Strawberry Chic blog, affordable fall fashion, fall fashion on a budget
forever21 beanie, cheap fall fashion, Target finds, affordable fall sweaters

This beanie was definitely worth the line at Forever21 on a Saturday. It's neon pink and under $8, how could I put it down?! Although it's normally a sign that I've run out of dry shampoo, I've been reaching for a lot of hats and beanies lately, even with clean as can be hair! Without it, I think this outfit would be pretty boring, don't you think? In person, it's definitely more vibrant pink/coral than here in the pictures because I love my exposure 😜

Along with my affordable beanie, this sweater is quite the steal too at under $30. I've started to see more cut out shoulders around, so I think if it's not as big this season it will be even more popular next year. I also styled another cute Target sweater in this post.

Tim and I have our hopes up to finally get set up with internet tomorrow. It's been a long 3 to 4 months (and a lot of data) without it! I know it's a first world problem to have, but we're both looking at it as our best Christmas gift after being told multiple times that so and so still needs to do this and that (we're in a new construction).

Mint Condition

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There's just something about getting dressed up on Sunday morning for church and brunch. I look forward to it every week! I'm still trying to find a church I love in Atlanta as much as I do down here in Savannah (I go to Community Bible Church if you're looking for one around here!). I've tried at least 5 different churches in North GA, but still nothing has compared to the experience I get at CBC's intimate but growing services. If you have any recommendations for me in North GA please share!
 I've had this skirt in my closet for at least a year before I finally wore it. Don't ask me why because I really don't know... it's my favorite color! Since the skirt is old, I linked similar options above... but I also found an exact one BNWT on Postmark (link!) so if you want it snatch it up! I decided to pair it with matching neutrals from head to toe. These pumps were a steal at forever21 a few months back, but I've linked some other options above. When shopping for a nude heel it's important to not settle until you find the perfect color for your skin tone.
It's almost the weekend! Have anything fun planned??
Dainty
I walked into Kohls with some Kohls Cash and hit the jackpot when I came across Lauren Conrads jewelry collection. Dainty rings have grown in popularity this year, but until now I haven't thought to dress up my fingers because I always feel weird with a new ring on (I always wear the same ones on the same fingers). I love the idea of these dainty rings because they don't get in the way but look cute layered together. It took me forever to pick out a few, there were so many to choose from! You should definitely check out her selection, especially with black Friday deals running online now! SHOP HERE.
Another good selection of dainty rings I've recently come across was at Forever 21. I usually stay away from their accessory selection because it always seems like the same stuff and I know it will break/turn. But for this trend I don't mind spending the 2$ on a few of these because I like to change them up so often! SHOP HERE
Have you been sporting this trend? If so, where are your favorites from?
Sorry for my laziness this week. After my weekend at the "flag" football state tournament (both women and coed = a lot of games) my body needs some rest! I quote flag because it was of course more physical than expected- I'm literally sore/ bruised from head to toe. Plus it's the end of the semester so finals are creeping up on me. I'll post as often as I can during the next few weeks!
Yellow isn't Mellow
Jacket: Abercrombie & Fitch (currently on sale) // Top: Forever21 // Shorts: J. Crew // Necklace: Stella and Dot // Shoes: Michael Kors (on sale!) // Bracelet: Stella and Dot Renegade // Watch: Kate Spade
I hope y'all had a great Labor Day weekend! I thoroughly enjoyed having 4 days back in Atlanta, and I could get used to having Monday's off from school… sigh. Yellow isn't something I typically wear (this may be the only yellow shirt in my closet), but I have to say it's hard to feel down when wearing it! Plus, I think it really pops against the denim. Check out the widget below to shop the look! P.S how awesome are those pants with that blue tank?! ;)
