Rocksbox Wishlist

My time as an RbItGirl is over for now, but I decided to keep my subscription because I have been really enjoying receiving designer pieces in my mailbox, who wouldn't...?! I'm contemplating how long I want to keep it because they're currently running a summer promotion during June to get a discounted monthly price (the longer you keep it the cheaper it gets...as low as $5 per month!). More about that here if you're interested.

I thought it would be fun to share my current wishlist. In a way it will show you jewelry trends I'm loving and also showcase what I think is the best of the best on Rocksbox! My taste in jewelry is simple, but I also love pieces for pops of color. Right now I am all about turquoise because of an upcoming trip to Arizona (and because it's always a summer favorite). Also it's not surprise that most of the pieces on there are from Kendra Scott and Loren Hope. Even though they're my favorites, another great aspect of Rocksbox is you can find new designers to try out. For example I've tried anything from SLATE, and you can see one of their gorgeous necklaces here on my wishlist.

Now for the fun part. Use code strawberrychicxoxo at checkout to receive your first box free. You can cancel anytime and use each box as long as you wish. FYI it takes just under a week to receive a new box, so you can try it a few times to get a good feel for it. Also, be sure to add feedback online vs. filling out the form in the box because you'll receive your next box quicker.

What's on your wishlist? You can add to yours by either going on the website or using #wishlist on their instagram!

UPDATE: Ironically shortly after posting this my RBItgirl status was reinstated, so I updated the code to reflect that!

Rocksbox Review

Items in my box: SLATE Golden Flair Necklace / Gorjana Bali Tube Necklace /
CC Skye Double Header Pave Spike Bracelet in Gold

I jumped on the bandwagon and received my first Rocksbox yesterday. I was so excited to see this gold fringe necklace included, because it was one of the pieces that led me to sign up! It's like they knew.. haha.  For a month you can wear these pieces, and when you're ready to receive a new box send back what you don't want to keep. Each time you send it back you can give them additional information to improve your selections. For example if you have an upcoming event/ birthday/ wedding and want a certain look, let them know to include items for it.

The main reason I love Rocksbox is because I'm guilty of pairing the same jewelry pieces together for months (probably even the past couple years... ouch). A monthly delivery of new jewels will help me shy away from the same pieces and style new things!

Now for the fun part, by using code strawberrychicxoxo you get to try out a month for FREE! You get to purchase your favorite pieces at a discounted price, plus every month you get $10 Shine Spend credit to use towards this as well! Also, I just found out that four boxes in March will include a green shamrock inside, winning $100 in Forever Spend!

Dainty

I walked into Kohls with some Kohls Cash and hit the jackpot when I came across Lauren Conrads jewelry collection. Dainty rings have grown in popularity this year, but until now I haven't thought to dress up my fingers because I always feel weird with a new ring on (I always wear the same ones on the same fingers). I love the idea of these dainty rings because they don't get in the way but look cute layered together. It took me forever to pick out a few, there were so many to choose from! You should definitely check out her selection, especially with black Friday deals running online now! SHOP HERE.

Another good selection of dainty rings I've recently come across was at Forever 21. I usually stay away from their accessory selection because it always seems like the same stuff and I know it will break/turn. But for this trend I don't mind spending the 2$ on a few of these because I like to change them up so often! SHOP HERE

Have you been sporting this trend? If so, where are your favorites from?

Sorry for my laziness this week. After my weekend at the "flag" football state tournament (both women and coed = a lot of games) my body needs some rest! I quote flag because it was of course more physical than expected- I'm literally sore/ bruised from head to toe. Plus it's the end of the semester so finals are creeping up on me. I'll post as often as I can during the next few weeks!
