Warmup: 1 mile run
Workout:
15 In and Out squats holding dumbbell weight
8-10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg) holding a barbell weight
15 leg raises or abdominal exercise of choice
20 walking lunges
20 Calf raises
10 deadlifts
30-60 second Plank
Rest and repeat 3 times (4 if you're a boss- I'm probably not one)
