Cropped Blush Sweater

At first, I wasn't too sure about this top when I saw it online, but I added it to my cart and wanted to decide in person. I don't own anything cropped. But I'll be honest with you, it was the first piece from that order that I wore out because I fell in love with it! If you're curious, I'll also link the other items from that order below. 

The crop hits right below my waistband, so I don't have to worry about showing my food baby after dinner. It's also very comfortable and flowy, and since I'm basically over anything fitted after the holidays I'm a fan of that!  I love the little flare sleeve because if you haven't noticed the flare/bell sleeve is pretty popular among other bloggers. Fun sleeves add so much interest to your look!

Originally, I wore this outfit for date night with these heels, but since they're sold out I wanted to re-wear the look with a classic leopard heel that you probably already have in your closet. I couldn't share as many photos of this look as I would have liked because on this day it was so windy, my hair was just flying in front of my face in most of them!

Valentine Bar Cart

I guess I'm just too excited to celebrate my first married Valentine that I went all in for this Valentine bar cart update! I'm actually not a big fan of Valentines day dates, the restaurants are overcrowded and the menus are usually limited... flowers are way too over priced, and I don't really need the holiday excuse to eat chocolate 😜

But, I can't get enough of Valentine themed candies, outfit inspiration, and parties because pink is my favorite color if it wasn't obvious...

It wasn't too long ago where I shared How to Style a Bar cart in my Bar Cart 101 post, and I mentioned I would be updating it throughout the year with holiday inspiration to make the most out of my "investment"... but y'all this cart is so affordable from Target! 

Two of my go-to stores for holiday themed items is Target and HomeGoods, so that is where most of the new items you see here come from! The lip candies, macaroons, and donut card come from HomeGoods. The heart tray, cake stand, xoxo banner, and coasters came from the Target dollar section #balleronabudget. The flowers are wrapped in the Sugar Paper tissue paper from their holiday collection.  Everything else is linked over at the original post, it's definitely worth out checking because I also share non-cocktail ways to incorporate the bar cart in your home! 

I picked up the Whispering Angel Rosé, better known as the rose inside the Sugarfina Rose All Day

Rose All Day, yum! I found mine in store here, along with the Pineapple wine that I can't wait to try. We saw this in Hawaii on our honeymoon and I regretted not trying it! I got a small package of the Sugarfina lip candies inside a PR package, thanks Patchology :)

The yummy heart donuts are from Dunkin' Donuts. I probably only shop there once a year for these heart donuts, they're too cute!

January Misses:

I think this breaks me out. Luckily I have been trying a sample and didn't splurge on it. 

This mask felt more like a moisturizer and started soaking into my skin within a minute or two. My skin felt softer after I washed it right off, but it wasn't the product I was hoping for.

I've heard great things about this drugstore mascara, but it just doesn't do it for me. This one is my favorite and totally worth the splurge! 

Tim asked me what today's post was on and when I told him favorites he responded, "so it's about me?" 😂 I hope you liked this new addition and I plan to share these monthly to update on things that don't necessarily make the blog during the month.
