Floral Romper

After many attempts in the fitting room, I've finally added a romper to my collection. Usually there's always something wrong with the dimensions, either too short or loose in the bottoms half. I purchased this little number on my trip to Charleston and I've seen it in my local F21 as well. If you're an online shopper, you'll have to get on the waitlist for this one. I've also linked some other favorites below. I've been throwing on this kimono whenever I can, it adds the perfect spring touch! I received a ton of compliments on these shoes, and I happily let them know they were cheapies from here! I think they look just like these for half the price.

LookBook Live with GQ + Glamour

After the show with one of the models wearing Trina Turk. Top / Skirt

I had the opportunity to attend the Spring Lookbook Live event hosted by GQ + Glamour and to speak with Kiersten Gieger, Glamour global brand strategist on the latest Spring trends. These trends were showcased on the runway featuring current pieces available at retailers including: Bloomingdales, Trina Turk, Herve Leger, Karen Millen, Ted Baker, and more!

Below are some of my favorites looks/trends for Spring:
I've seen lots of white and blue in stores, but I love how they added an extra pop of yellow.
And hello, lets point out the perfectly coordinated shoes.

Black and White contrast is back and bolder than ever.
I love how they let the jacket do all the talking for this look.

An all white look can be intimidating to style, so pairing it with a jacket like this pink blazer
makes it much more in my comfort zone.  I'm definitely on the lookout
for a more affordable option to recreate this look!

I fell in love with these dresses from Trina Turk! Both would be perfect for my trip to Arizona in a few months.

Over the weekend I attended the Southern Blog Society meet up, and it was the first one held in Savannah! This town is slowly growing in the blogger community, and I love meeting other locals with the same passions. We met up for lunch at The Public, and let me tell you the bison burger with an egg was well worth the mess. Shout out to Taylor over at Lights Camera Catwalk for hosting and snapping these pics of my look. I was rushed to get ready thanks to a nap so it wasn't my favorite look, but lets just talk about these heels for a second. They're amazing. Need more detail? They were $9.99 (first purchase offer) and are COMFORTABLE. I shopped downtown afterward and got many compliments on them!

Side note: Saks is running 30% off through 4/27, so shop around for an extra special gift for your Mom! Mothers day is right around the corner. Use code FRNFAM at checkout AND FREESHIP of course for free shipping (saved me $14). And another friendly reminder to always shop through Ebates (Saks is currently 8% cash back!!)

I'm running a 24 hour #LillyforTarget giveaway over on Instagram, so be sure to check it out if you missed out on your picks!

White Chambray

I'm sad my pictures for this outfit didn't turn out well and I only have a few to show. This was from a few weeks ago in Hilton Head before dinner with my family. I'm so glad it's warm again because these are my favorite shoes (but shh don't tell the others).  I purchased them last year at Nordstrom Rack, but I actually saw them there again recently so it doesn't hurt to check! I linked two similar options in the widget below. My jeans are from Target, and I linked this years version of them (under $30!).

Spring LBD

little black dress, LBD, spring wear, styling, styling a LBD, how to wear a LBD

Today I've teamed up with Dailylook to talk about the styling a LBD for Spring. This time of year it's all about wearing color, but don't forget the little black dress is always there for you when you don't know what to wear. I put together a look to show how easy it is to style your LBD for Spring. Shop Dailylook's affordable LBD's here. In this look, I paired this LBD (side note, how cute are those pom poms?!) with a colorful clutch and a pair of neutral sandals to make it seasonally appropriate. Also don't forget to add some color with your lips, this one has been my go- to lately.  I've been looking for these Quay sunglasses everywhere, and as I was checking out they sold out :( Has anyone seen them anywhere?

Weekend Recap + Easter Outfit

I was fortunate enough to spend a quick 2-day trip with my family in Hilton Head and Charleston over the weekend. I was only in Hilton Head for dinner (which I ate my weight in hush puppies) and we headed to Charleston the next morning. The town was crazy for spring break and Easter weekend. It's true that the city is like a nicer Savannah, however the parking is somehow worse. Quick thanks to According to B for the your city recommendations! We dined at Fleet Landing and celebrated my parents 29th wedding anniversary at The Oak. I loved all the colorful buildings and King Street was everything I was expecting and more.  As soon as I got back to Savannah I procrastinated my studying by watching Southern Charm to see what I recognized. I can't wait to visit again!

Now a quick Easter recap. My church rented out the Convention Center across the river and it was a picture perfect day #CBCSavannah. My dress is from Tj Maxx ($12!) and my kimono is from Fiore Boitique. I've been loving kimonos lately, so you'll be seeing some more on here shortly.

Happy Monday everyone. Today's the last day to enter my giveaway over on Instagram!

free, instagram giveaway, loop giveaway, clare v leopard clutch, shop bop

I wanted to let y'all know about a giveaway starting today over on Instagram! I'm pretty selective with which giveaway i participate in because I don't want that to be the focus of my feed. I am so excited about this one because it features two amazing accessories and a gift card so you can take your pick! These heels are definitely the shoe of the season, I've seen them all over blogger land lately! I recently got this clutch and I've been obsessed with it. I use it daily either by itself or inside my handbag for a pop of print.

Head on over to my feed if you wish to enter! The official rules are on my feed and it ends on Monday! Good luck :)

Jewelled Sandals

12 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8

I'm loving this spring trend because I'm all about combining cute with comfy. Jewelled sandals are everywhere right now and you can find some at every price point. I actually picked up number 3 for $9.99! If you're a new member at JustFab, you get this deal for the first 12 hours of membership, so take advantage and sign up here! I couldn't stop with these either because they were also having BOGO FREE. Since you have to pay for shipping on orders less than $39, I went ahead and got 2 more pairs #logical. Also, the two pairs from Dune (# 3 & 6) are currently on sale, and because this is the last month of Piperlime you need to browse their sales! I've included these as well as some extras in the widget below.

I'm heading to Hilton Head and Charleston for a night each to spend some time with my family. I have an exam Monday and Wednesday so I sadly won't be going home for Easter. I'm glad my brothers' spring break coincided with the holiday because they got to come my way instead! If you have any recommendations for the areas let me know. It's my first time to Charleston and I can't wait!

Lilly Pulitzer For Target: Top 10

Happy April 1st! What's more springy than this upcoming collection? Not much. I am actually pretty surprised at how many items I want to snatch up in the Lilly Pulitzer for Target collection. I've never been a Lilly girl, and I'm starting to think that's because of the original price tag. The collection at Target is so reasonably priced! I wanted to share my top 10 items I would go for first, because I know this collection will sell out as soon as it launches. I'll probably place an order online, then check out what's in store on April 19th. What's on your wish list?
